Bursaries
Travel and subsistence bursaries are on offer to full-time students wishing to attend national and international coal-related conferences. The bursaries come with no obligations to the recipient other than to provide a short essay about his or her impressions of the conference for inclusion in the next edition of the Newsletter. To apply, please send the abstract submitted to the conference and a brief supporting letter from your supervisor to Professor John Patrick, University of Nottingham (john.patrick@nottingham.ac.uk).
